Work one-on-one with Peter through fully customized 60-minute training sessions designed around your goals, whether in person or online. Each workout is built to improve strength, mobility, and overall performance with focused, expert guidance.

Sessions are $200 each or $1,950 for a 10-pack.

Flexible, coach-led classes that build strength, mobility, and better movement.

Join Peter Donohoe for small group classes designed to keep you consistent and moving well. Offered in-studio or online, these sessions focus on mobility, strength, and functional movement in a supportive, high-energy environment. While not part of a progressive program, they’re a great complement to personal training—or a simple way to stay on track.

Classes are $29 each or $275 for a 10-pack.

Train with a partner in a fully personalized session led by Peter. Each workout is tailored to your group, so everyone gets individual attention while staying motivated together. It’s a great way to get the benefits of personal training at a lower cost.

$105 per person for two, $90 per person for three, and $80 per person for four.
