Peter Donohoe is a two-time Winter Olympian and longtime fitness professional who helps people move better, build lasting strength, and stay out of pain. Drawing on his Olympic career, 15 years with Boston Ballet, and certifications including NASM, ISSA, NSCA, and ELDOA, he brings a high level of expertise to everyday athletes and adults over 40. Whether you’re working through back pain, recovering from injury, or simply want to feel stronger than you did a decade ago, Peter builds programs that get you there.
