Alison Orr

Spin Instructor

 

Alison Orr has been teaching spin classes since 2014. As a recent Boston transplant, she is excited to be joining the Donohoe Training team. She spends her time outside of the gym working as an engineer, but teaching spin and being at the gym are where her passions lie. Her love of spinning started in college, and after participating in classes for many years, she decided to take her passion for spin to the next level and become an instructor. She loves being a part of changing people’s lives for the better and being an inspiration to each rider. She enjoys sharing her passion and enthusiasm for spinning with all riders, whether they be new or seasoned, by providing challenging, motivational and most importantly, fun rides every time.

 

 

 

 

 

 Anne Hemeon

Spin Instructor

 

Fitness and athletics have been an integral part of Anne's lifestyle. While at Boston University, she was captain of the field hockey team competing at division 1 level.

Anne is "Madd Dog" certified for spin and has been teaching spinning since 2011.  She delivers a fun and energetic class that will push you to your fitness limits in a supportive and motivating environment.
